The venue was always fairly clean, had very good staff and location. In my case they offered wheelchair accessible room with the sofa-bed, kitchen, for example and that was great.

Location and rooms could not be better. Lots of supplies in the room: an iron, an electronic key card and a work desk. Location right by the attractions, parliament hill and a dog park.

No complaints, this was a such wonderful experience here. Luxurious and pleasantly decorated room with exceptional views. The pool was amazing and I had cold drinks in the sports bar. Had no problem using their paid parking, the internet was stable. All in all optimal location.
